These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Henri Thomas’s website, services, and content (“Site”) and are effective as of the date you first access the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you are a DIY hobbyist or professional craftsman aged 35‑60, and you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws of the United States, and any additional policies referenced herein.

The Site and any services provided by Henri Thomas are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law provisions. Any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

In the event a dispute arises, you agree first to attempt resolution informally by contacting us through the “Contact Us” page. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Henri Thomas reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Any changes become effective upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. The failure of Henri Thomas to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
